1.  Article Marketing and Your Dubli Business - This is a strategy that if you stick to it then you will be rewarded. The majority of people only ever write a few articles a month. The key here is simple to write more. I would like to suggest a challenge for you and if you want to do this strategy I propose you write 1 article every day you are working your business. What is great about Article marketing is it is a way to create FREE leads.  Not only is it free, but once you create traffic with article marketing, the traffic is permanently there.  (This article you’re reading is a great example).  Articles gradually increase natural search engine traffic to your website, as well as increase your website ranking over time.  Try it.  You’ll love it if you love to write and your Dubli business could be built on this strategy.

2.  Video Marketing - It’s hard to get a clear picture on exactly how much online traffic is directed towards video, but current estimates are anywhere around 30%-50% of ALL BANDWITH is video from services like YouTube, Viddler, and others.  The fastest way to dominate niche keywords online is to use video services to DOMINATE advertising for your Dubli business.  The cool thing?  Video Marketing is free.  Video marketing can also be a huge pain in the butt, though, especially if you’re camera shy.  I give about 20% of my marketing effort to video marketing, and it brings me some great leads. What Is Dubli?

Dubli is a network marketing business where you can earn an income from home. Basically, it is a huge online shopping portal where customers can purchase brand new, top quality brand name items, while at the same time making some great savings, getting everyday discounts and bargains and have a fantastic online experience as well.

What Do You Get When You Join?

Firstly you need to become a member of Dubli and you can become a member at different levels. Either Bronze which gives you 800 credits= US$575, Silver which gives you 2000= US$1,350 or Gold which gives you 5000 credits= US$2,995. DubLi sells Credits. Credits are used to bid on items at the auctions held on DubLi.com. Credits can be purchased by DubLi BA’s, by Retail Customers, and by participants in the DubLi Partner Program. Credit sales generate two types of commissions: (a) Retail Commissions to the Business Associate who generates the sale; and (b) Organization Commissions to the Business Associate who are upline to the BA who generated the sale. In addition, DubLi operates an online shopping mall. Purchases through the Shopping Mall also generate both Retail Commissions and Organization Commissions.

How Do You Get Paid With Dubli?

You get paid in a number of ways, so let’s look closer at these now.
1st/ Retail Commissions earned on Personal Customers

To earn Retail Commissions on Retail Customer purchases, a Business Associate (BA) must have wholesale Credits available in their DubLi.com account. Credits need not be held in a BA’s inventory to earn a commission on personal Retail Customer purchase from the Shopping Mall.

When a BA’s personally sponsored Retail Customer places an order for Credits, the Credits are automatically deducted from the sponsoring BA’s account and transferred to the Retail Customer’s account, and the BA is eligible to earn Retail Commissions on the sale of those Credits. If a BA does not have sufficient Credits in his or her account to cover the Retail Customer Order, DubLi Network will supply the balance of Credits to fill the order, but the BA will not be eligible to earn Retail Commissions on the Credits supplied by the DubLi Network.

The amount of the retail commission earned by the BA who is the sponsor of a Retail Customer varies from 5% to 25%. The actual percentage commission for which the BA qualifies depends on the total amount of the BA’s personal Credit purchases he/she accumulates over a consecutive 12-month period.

2nd/ Sign up Business Associates. When you sign up a business associate you earn a commission on they joining fee and credits they purchase. It is dependent on your rank what commission you earn.

3rd/ Your Business associates sign up business associates and you earn commission from their joining fee and credits they purchase as well. The percentage of commission is dependant on your rank.

4th/ Shopping Mall Commissions

Your personal customers will access DubLi.com’s Shopping Mall from the link on your DubLi.com site. Each item in the shopping mall has a percentage discount after the description of the item. This percentage of the total price of the item represents the available commissionable dollars. For example let’s say an item costs $100 and there is a 5% discount. That means the customer will receive a $5 rebate at the end of the month which is loaded on their “Load and Spend” Debit Card. They can use this card anywhere that a Master Card or Discovery card is accepted. The commissions will be earned as follows:

When a personal customer of a BA (title of TM and higher) purchases an item in the Shopping Mall, the BA will earn a 10% commission. Let’s use the same example from above where the customer rebate is $5.

10% of $5 = a commission of $ .50

The organizational percentages will be the same as those for organizational customers at DubLi.com. Postings will not be real time. They will appear at the same time that commissions are run on the 15th of the month following the shopping mall purchases.

I have to say the compensation plan is quiet confusing when you first take a look at it because it has so many parts. There is also a passive residual component paid monthly.

Is It A Scam?

No it is not. It is a legitimate network marketing business. Why can I say this? Because it meets the FTC guidelines and they are responsible for monitoring network marketing companies and all Attorney General Guidelines for network marketing.

DubLi also has merged with Medianet Technologies and is now publicly listed company (search for MEDG), hence transparent and auditable.

Also big charities can create their own Dubli portal and donate this to a charity. There have been a few that have opted to do this. Big charity organizations would not associate with scams. The only restriction is you can’t earn any money off this for yourself as a team builder.

What I Like About Dubli?

I like the idea it is tapping into one of the fastest growing areas and is predicted to be as big as ebay.

Should You Join Dubli?

I’m not going to tell you one way or the other as this Business Choice should be decided by you after you have done your due diligence.

Here are some of my concerns:
1st/ It is hard to keep loyal retail customers when these days you can buy straight off the Internet quiet cheaply without the hassle of having to purchase credits and to play the reverse auction game. I believe people will be intrigued in give it a go but I still feel it will be hard to keep them as loyal customers which will affect the commission you earn from them.

2nd/ The compensation plan is quite confusing and could turn a lot of potential business associates away. It’s great that you can earn money in multiple ways but what comes with that is it also becomes confusing.

3rd/ I’m a fan of direct sales, getting paid first. That means you don’t have to wait for the company to pay you. Dubli is not direct sales it falls under the MLM (multi- level marketing umbrella). If you are able to build a loyal retail base and a big team of business associates then you are set, but the majority of people won’t have the marketing skills in order to do this.

In Conclusion:

If you are still sold on Dubli business after reading this Dubli review then honestly you should join and give it a go. It is a legitimate home business. You have now heard from someone that joined and someone that didn’t. Because most people are not determined and they get distracted and don’t constantly take massive action on a regular basis.

There are three stages that successful people experience when they start their business. The first stage is when you start out off full of excitement and energy but after around two weeks when reality that it does take consistent effort to have results, some people lose their determination to continue going. Others will give up and join the next income making band wagon. These people will never do well in any venture as they are wanting to get rich quick without any effort and that just does not occur.

The second stage is the learning phase. Those that are not determined will get caught in this phase. They realise they need to learn a lot before they get started but they feel as though they need to have everything perfect before they take any action. This is not the case. I believe you need to know the bare skeletons of what you are learning and then just get out there and start putting it into action. You will learn the rest as you go on. It is important to learn a little, apply it, learn a little more. Don’t fall into the trap of wanting to be an expert before you take any action. Those that do fall into this trap get stuck in this stage and don’t have any or little results, as they don’t take action.

They do get into the learning stage but they are the people that take massive action on what they learn. They understand they do not need to know absolutely everything before taking action. They will learn on the way.

Only 5% of all your competition are constantly taking massive action every day. Here is another statistic for you. 5% of your competition are the ones making 95% of the money in your field. Why? Because most people are not determined and they get distracted and don’t constantly take massive action on a regular basis.

There are three stages that successful people experience when they start their business. The first stage is when you start out off full of excitement and energy but after around two weeks when reality that it does take consistent effort to have results, some people lose their determination to continue going. Others will give up and join the next income making band wagon. These people will never do well in any venture as they are wanting to get rich quick without any effort and that just does not occur.

The second stage is the learning phase. Those that are not determined will get caught in this phase. They realise they need to learn a lot before they get started but they feel as though they need to have everything perfect before they take any action. This is not the case. I believe you need to know the bare skeletons of what you are learning and then just get out there and start putting it into action. You will learn the rest as you go on. It is important to learn a little, apply it, learn a little more. Don’t fall into the trap of wanting to be an expert before you take any action. Those that do fall into this trap get stuck in this stage and don’t have any or little results as they don’t take action.

Those that have success go through both of the above stages. Meaning when they start out they are full of enthusiasm and excitement and they may lose this slightly after two weeks when reality kicks in but knowing the end goal keeps them going. They do get into the learning stage but they are the people that take massive action on what they learn. They understand they do not need to know absolutely everything before taking action. They will learn on the way.

So my question to all those that are considering becoming a work from home mum, Do you have the determination that leads to success? If you do and you are aware of the stages you may experience during your start up phase then there will be no stopping you from achieving your goal as your strong burning desire to change your current situation will make sure you will go through all the stages new business people will experience and not give up.
